I am the founder of On Point Presentations & Designs, a consulting practice rooted in clarity, strategy, and purpose.

My work supports professionals, educators, and organizations who are navigating transition, growth, or reinvention. Whether someone is refining their career direction, strengthening their professional presence, or leading learning at a systems level, I help bring focus, structure, and confidence to the process.

My Why

My career has been shaped by both calling and commitment.

Since 2009, I’ve built experience across education, curriculum design, professional development, facilitation, and leadership. I’ve supported educators in classrooms. I’ve coached professionals through career pivots and have strategically navigated my own career. I’ve reviewed resumes and helped professionals to secure jobs after years of denials. No matter what the task, I’ve helped people and teams to articulate their ideas with clarity and confidence.

Along the way, I noticed that people kept coming to me for the same things:
